Reverse split

With the forecasted off take agreement potentially coming up this month, won't this give them the flexibility to get additionally funding quickly for developing the mine? Since they are capped at offering 640m shares, and 461m shares are already outstanding, this would give them that additional flexibility if they should need it. The proposal to do a reverse split affects all shares, options, and warrants, so there is no preferential insider treatment. What are your thoughts?

1) Past is prologue: proven time and again.  Whatever you perceive that you'll gain from a R/S, you will lose again.  Look at the history of management's actions over the last 7 years. 2) This sounds like it came right out of Brent's mouth.  Same stuff I've heard for years.  All talk and no productivity or results. Why did they cap themselves at 640 M shares ...more

Stooge, thanks for your response. I am new to Graphite/mineral investing, so I have a few questions for you. Most of my past investing experience has been in Technology. Why would the institutional investors allow this? Their share would be reduced as well. Don't they have to provide some level of accountability to them? I grabbed 1M  shares a few months back because with the fundaments ...more

Back when McKinnon and Schler were running the show, they would produce news that would increase the share price.  Several days later they would announce financing below the current share price and destroy the rally.  The share price would then plummet below the financing price.  Months later they would rinse and repeat.  The pattern was remarkable.
