Just possibilities

Madagascar's Ambatovy Mine is major nickel and cobalt producer run by Sherritt International (40%), Sumitomo Corp (32.5%) and Korea Resources Corp (27.5%)

Sumitomo Corp and Korea Resources Corp are large International Companies, while Sherritt is a experienced miner with a strong metal processing background.

The nickel and cobalt they produce in Madagascar is very important to the electric vehicle market.

I wouldn't be surprised if they were to consider a JV or partnership with Energizer on its Molo Graphite Project.

If such a JV or partnership occurred the JV would be supplying the required types of graphite, nickel and cobalt, while Sumitomo Corp and Korea Resources Corp (both major international company's) might consider a battery plant on Madagascar to provide batteries for the electric vehicle market.

Sumotomo is also involved with VRB's using battery grade Vanadium that can be mined at Energizer's Green Giant Mine in Madagascar.
