RE: Bought this for safety ?

RE: Bought this for safety ?The business fundamentals haven't changed. Many of the trusts in the portfolio are increasing their distributions (with the exception of Superior). But overall, the companies are doing very well. So, with the NAV and subsequent drop in unit value for EIT I just consider it a bargain. Sure it hurts to see your portfolio value loose money, but if you're in it for the long haul these day to day flucuations are inconsequential. And for those who buy frequently (or DRIP), these price drops are nice - more bang for your buck. This trust has posted heafty Y/Y returns for the past few years. It is only natural to have a mediocore year or even negative returns. You can't honestly expect 20% every year!
