Investments Similar to EIT

Does anyone on this board know of similar investments to eit that pay a good dividends.  I am a large shareholder in this company and would like to diversify a little bit more.  This has been one of the best investments to date and I am very pleased with this company.  Been holding since the days of enervest.

Hard to find one this good for dividends, but you may want ot DD: T.RNW Around 4.75% on close Friday and an constant upward trend the last 3 years.  I don't have any myself yet, but have been watching it for a couple of years.  I wish I bought in during the Covid dump when the dividend % was much higher.  Cheers

You also can't go wrong with Bell Canada T.BCE. It's around 6% at closing Friday and will always be around and is a relatively stable stock.

I like EIT as it is a steady payer but in my case I hold inside a TFSA since much of it is ROC which, depending on your tax needs, may or may not be fine. If held inside a TFSA the ROC is irrelevant for tax purposes. DFN had a few dividend misses last year but historcially has been a steady payer. The dividends are higher than EIT at 15%. You could take a look at FCD.un...Good yield....Regular and increasing monthly distribution...Almost 100% roc....Also BTB, FRO, NXR, CTR, MPCT....All of these are worth checking out...Oh by the way, I also like EIT, and have been long with this one...JMHO!

Thanks Martincat, FCD.un is looking good at 7.4% at end of day. I'll be putting that on my radar. cheers

If you're looking for a monthly dividend that is qualified under the dividend tax credit , check out DIV-T  with an 8% yield. I have owned for years and am happy as a divy investment. As always , do your own DD .

Thanks Ace, I'll be watching and DD'ing this one.  I'm only a small time investor, so will be sheltered from taxes via my TFSA. Cheers
