While the media prints an ambiguous message, the mine opens, life goes on, and nobody points a finger, other than the group who lost which on a national scale will get little attention. My take is a reopening, and a much higher share price, so if there is a drop on todays opening, then it is, could one say a "Golden Opportunity" I hold, but for one am buying if this is misinterpreted, because when do you get opportunities like this. I win if it drops and comes back, I win if it goes up regardless, and in worse case I wait a bit longer, and get shares at an even lower ACB now? Does not bother me at all. Conjecture means profits to me, as I see it. You have to love beauracracy, its the universal method of saving face while you defer or pass the decision mechanism. It is worldwide. It happens here as well, don't kid yourself. At least this mine will probably open. In BC - NGX and Kimess are an example of our process, for better or worse. Cheers.
