RE:Why doesnt Greece give all the required permits.....The legal criteria for M. Burns as fiduciary of the shareholder assets is to decide what is in the best interests of shareholders. I would say at this stage, the capriciousness and bad faith of the Greeks justifies closing some or all assets in Greece until Skouries is resolved. Some measure of pressure must be applied , otherwise it is against the interests of the shareholders that we lose face and credibility and continue suffering the share price which has the company valued in the dump anyways. There is nothing in such a decision that would be as bad as just giving in and seeing ELD at $2 forever..
These Greek authorities will never stop unless decisive painful actions are taken and the lesser of 2 evils is to close at least some operations in Greece if that is feasible.
i hope M. Burns has legal counsel that are not scared or wavering, we the shareholders want action
and you said September 21, so if no skouries permit or commitment on that day - close the places.
I bet of lot of shareholders on this board agree and strongly suspect ELD are following us too.
