All workers become unmotivated when they see such indecency and it affects preformance and ultimately share price. Jealousy and envy are forever strong since the beginning of mankind
and senior management greedinees is matched only by the secret sabotaging in the worker's hearts against the avarice the their superiors.
This also motivated the Greek geovernements of this world to act likewise and to initiate popular David vs Goiliath combats, win or lose. It also eventually peeves off the rich investors who becone tired of looking at company managements that dont deliver and are constatly criticized for and non deserving of their pay.
It is the time of reckoning when no one is left interested in this sorry state of pure putrid destructive
capitalism at work. It is during this time that we witness the truth of the manipulation and con job that was pulled over us. That is when the pay should start going down. And if no one has the courage to lead that movement, except me a few others. then the markets will soon make the voices heard - and crash !
