Stock Buybacks

Stock Buyback announcement is GOOD.

Even BETTER would be a bit more agressive in the open market for the company to buy back a large amount of shares at such a nice discount to stated book.

  They completed the buyback. Maybe a SIB next.

What is a SIB?      Something Issuer Bid? An Issuer Bid is the same thing as a buyback. When did they announce that they completed a buyback? I saw an announcement that they were initiating a stock repurchase.
