You are quite adept at digging for information not available to the public:) To answer your question, I have heard nothing specific regarding the two law firms being retained. Having said that, I believe Tom is taking every precaution as the size of this discovery is so massive he doesn't want anything to possibly go wrong. As for news, I would expect something before month end. Will it include something besides assays? Beats me, but it is not impossible. One quick hint, take a look at Porco:).
