Basically fire proofMakes sense that so many Fortune 100 companies are buying Electrovaya batteries.  Who wants to have their warehouse burn down? Not long ago, there was a huge distribution center that burned down.
I believe it was Wallmart  and maybe in the midwest. It was big news at the time. No cause was reveiled and the story went away. I would certainly venture a guess as to what happened.
