Not Hard to Tell the Markets are Flakey

Not Hard to Tell the Markets are FlakeyOne tiny province announces it is thinking of limiting price increases on power and this stock drops 9% in a couple of days. Do folks think this is going to spread across Canada. How many really believe that Provincial Governments can risk driving their utilities producers out of business when we don't have enough electrical power to start with. If the price caps happen they will be short lived, and the provincial governments are going to have to cough up the shortfalls.
