I don't see the problem here. Over the last 3 months or so I have purchased ENB in 3 tranches. I am up ~5% on capital and ~2% dividend landed on Dec. 1. So 7% over 3 months is ~ 28% annualized. About 3 times better than my 35 year lifetime CAGR.
