RE:The Dark Underbelly of the Biden Energy PolicyThat's the problem with policy, very myopic in nature i.e. fixated on the tree but can't see the forest. As far as I'm concerned, it's the old adage, "be careful what you wish for". Need to also add on the likely increase in State/Federal income taxes needed which will exaccerbate the shortfall. The Democrats are going to try and 'spend' their way out of this crisis but fail to realize that debt doesn't convert to GDP. It's false thinking. The Democrats probably simply say, "well, they can get jobs in green tech" - what's the problem? I think the problem is they are a bit clueless as to how efficient economies function.
