RE:No more Green HypeI dont think people will understand until power prices increase, blackouts due to lack of consistent or enough power become a common event (outside of Cali).
Technology, the resources required for renewables have to dramatically improve otherwise there will be a parabolic increase in price once there is a massive shortage in the materials needed to produce renewable equipment.
Shifting from coal to natural gas is great but it will be a long time before the world shifts from natural gas.
