He is right in one respect by saying that "China is ahead of everyone" ... from the perspective that they have the highest annualized rate of increase in emissions globally ... so yea China is ahead! LOL! Adding the equivalent of two coal powered generating stations every week (or is it every day?) will do that for ya!

And Minister Geebow goes to China to advise them! What a laugh!
