The Judge won't be swayed by rising energy and food prices as his job is to just interpret the law regardless of costs. Regardless of who hears the case, let's hope they don't decide that the environment supersedes everything else.  By the time the case actually reaches the point of being heard the war will be over, Ukraine will be part of Russia,  and oil will be back well below 100 bucks, and everyone will have forgotten how gas prices skyrocketed.  Then it'll be back to saving the
