Kind of hard to hide that rifle.  Good think he didn't have a handgun. I read the good guys in Texas did not want to rush the shooter with the assault rifle and had to wait for task force good guys to show up. It sure does take a lot of good guys with guns to take down bad guys with guns.  Especially if the bad guys guns are better.

It's shocking Toronto police executed a fellow who was clearly suffering from mental health issues.   Police should have stood down, and crisis interveners should have been deployed to talk this man through his issues, resulting in a peaceful outcome for all involved. Apparently walking the streets of Toronto with a Canadian Tire pellet gun gets you a death sentence these days. You can mow down a family of four while you're drunk behind the wheel and get a year for each death you caused, but walk down the street with a pellet gun, and that will get you executed on the spot.
