Buy more and expand, and use debt to fund the expansion in a rising rate environment, what could possibly go wrong ? ENB is acting like most people in Can-Er-DUH, spend spend spend, and worry about paying for it later.  Then they lose their house and the two German SUV's in their driveway and are left scratching their heads trying to figure out what  happened...
