When I spoke to Dr. Robinson at the Vancouver rresource conference he stated that the memo of intent should be out by the end of Q2 which is sometime this week or shortly after. Once the memo is public the presentation center was to open, which would be sometime in the next couple of weeks by my reckoning. After the release of the memo the engineering firm is legally obligated to producea new estimate within 45 days.
