first offi stopped helping out here as CND investors were manipulated like children by used auto salemen on business tv ,this exchange also in my mind is a farce .That being said T.ER has been tied down by scotia for a long time they were able to do so becouse this is a non liquid exchange where 25 k empoweres you to put this at any range level .My geuss is T.G wil offer $1.00 and i will top up my V.SOI holdings as there next and then never play in this CND sandbox again.
