a sleeperAs a long suffering ER shareholder I don't know much about ICG except from what I read about the company this weekend. I met Dr Don a few times at PDAC and found him to talk honestly about the the company strategy going forward. He came across as a honest man. I loved the drill results he kept producing and that is what kept me in the company. He did everything on a shoestring budget. -- Refeshing in the mining industry. So I put the the shares into my account as a very long hold. Someone would buy the company was everyone's mantra. He kept saying companies kept kicking the tires but..... no results.
Everything happened so slowly, as he and his wife basically were the company, and he would never spend the money on employees to further the production of events. Too bad for him now as he has been pushed aside when this thing has the potential to be very fruitful at very low production costs.
But having said all this, the times are changing, and ICG seems to be a company with good management ,based on my weekenf reading. ER is so undervalued that it just made sense that some company would come in , friend or foe, and seize control from Dr. Don.
Eventually ICG looks likely to take over and combine with ER. Their expertise and energy will be just the thing ER needs to unlock the share price. ICG welcome aboard1!!!!!
