RE:CatalystI tend to agree with you in principle.
I am a shareholder in this Company and I like the Company. My belief of where the Company is going wrong is that it is run by Geologists who want to find as much resource as possible. Unfortunately in the real world finance is a limited resource for junior exploration companies. As such I believe that splitting the finances to cover 3 separate projects is not adding sufficient shareholder value.
My suggesstion would be to review the goals and refocus the Company. Personally I think they should allocate all finances to Eau Claire and put the Eastmain Mine project on the back burner in the interim. I would also sell off the the 36% Joint Venture to one of the existing partners or to a 3rd party. 
Then they can drill the s**t out of Eau Claire and try to create value for shareholders.
