RE:RE:Why move the deadline up early?Makes sense.  Shareholders can hold their shares to the last minute and hence, ESI might not know which way the wind could blow until the 8th, 9th or 10th of December.  They could be saying : put your cards down now folks, cause we got other games to play if you're not playing.  Thanks THRK
