RE:substansial insider buy Here is a couple questions...

As far as I know there was never an announcement as to a deal being done on the debt...

First, why did it take so long to let the market know this? (done a month ago)

Second...How is it that insiders are trading the shares before material  information is released to the market...

That renegotiated debt has been hanging over the company for some time...
