Demand for Drilling Is Returning but Can't Find Workers

All of the major drillers are having issues finding enough workers to man the rigs they want to deploy. It is very apparent that all this stimuls money has made a mess out of the employment market. Despite record high unemployment, no one wants to go back to work as long as the government keeps handing out free cash. I also think there are a lot of people who have finally had enough of the ups and downs of the patch, not to mention the pay isn't what it used to be.

This could have a longterm impact on earnings for Ensign and the rest.
