This proves what I said in earlier post and re-assures me of what i've been told. I do know one thing for sure, the guy i talked to sounded excited about this property. I am looking forward to a great year! As a side note, it does not appear Trump wants war with Russia and vice-vera, so this shouldn't interfere with Romania.
