Looking at a one-year chart, there seems to be as much or more volume in the last two weeks than had been from the start of the year to mid-June when the price floated between .70 and .90ish. This is encouraging, as it seems that most who would flip for a short-term gain on the latest news, have done this already. We seem to be making a new bottom each trading day. I believe any risk premium for being located in an emerging market will lessen, as investors continue to look to Romania for solid ventures in their evolving economy. I was quite impressed with their President on his recent trip to the U.S. It seems that every other day there is a news report in Romania Insider about a major business deal being announced. Romania I believe is one of the, if not the fastest growing economy in the E.U.
