CEO traveling to get delay news.I am sure management wants this project to proceed and for things to start falling into place. Expect that they won't and not because management doesn't want to move things forward. As I stated before I think the project itself is half decent but it's all about politcal will and risk. The level of "grease my wheel" corrpution is uncanny in Romania. Management simply does not get this and neither do some Bay St. bankers that can afford to lose a few million here and there once in a while.
