Look at the volume!!!! Not even 500K+, no funds bought or will buy just because some analyst guy at Cantor Fitzgerald says "buy".
Smoke and mirrors and just more hype! Imminent was the buzz word, LOL, ya right. Let's just sucker in new money that has no clue about ESM management and Romania. Funds are too smart hence no buying from them.
