Exeter sold for $1.85 a share for their 39M ounce resource. 'If' we were valued at a similar $1.85 a share (for our smaller resource), it would be almost a 4 bagger for us.

But again, as you have mentioned, it will depend a lot on the FS. What will the actual development costs be and at what price of gold (and copper).
