Rovina Valley will also be a phased development beginning with Colnic, but there will of course be costs for development of Ciresta and Rovina. All we know at this time (from IR) is that the initial cost to develop (I am assuming just Colnic) has been reduced from $576M to something on the order of $256M. I have no idea what Ciresata and Rovina will cost to develop but still, there will be future development costs to unlock the value of all of Rovina Valley.
