I can spare you the suspense, they wont. Think I'm just a basher? Consider the following...

Valencia Ventures, another shell connected to this group of jokers, recently completed a RTO and was re-christened Earth Renew. Company has interesting prospects, and even hits on larger trends such as organic fertilizer. Offtake agreement in hand, in addition to PP closing for $0.22 a share. So the company goes public, and despite the capital raise - the market is more comfortable with the price at $0.03. That's right, is the market is assigning a price 86% lower than the private placement price.

What does that say about the reputation of F&M and their investor following? "ESM Investor Group," if you're reading this, ask Scott Moore why Nevsun not only turned down the takeover offer, but disparaged them publicly? Ask Stan (good luck getting ahold of him) how AAB shareholders made out when something (Lithium-X) attached to F&M actually got taken out? I've got plenty more of these examples. This group of jackals has no shame, disgraceful ethics, and treats destroying shareholder value as a national pastime.

I really hope anyone pumping ESM or defending this group is getting paid to do so, at least that way you'd have some reason to do so. Anyone paying attention long enough has left the building, don't take my word for it, look at the share price.

Share price is too low? Get a clue, my man, do some DD.
