1) They're not delaying the strike date for a third time.
2) They don't expect the SP to exceed 2.28 by May 19.
3) They expect the SP to exceed 0.85 by May 19.
They probably wouldn't exercise warrants at 0.85 unless they can make a profit from it. It makes sense then, that the SP will appreciate from today's value of 0.79.
I think mgmt has accumulated sufficient interest in this project to start working on obtaining a full valuation. There were MILLIONS of news shares added in just the last 2 months, from ''public'' offerings to DSUs to warrants. They're in. If they want to maximize their profit, now is the time to get the SP going up.
I despise mgmt with all my heart, but now seems like the time for things to finally start looking up.
