That has no influence. The Romanian government has validly ratified the Exploitation License. Further approvals such as environmental permit, construction permit and finally operating permit are the responsibility of the local and regional competent authorities.

P.S. Gabriel Resources GBU with Rosia Montana also has a ratified Exploitation License. GBU has failed the environmental permit because of the use of cyanide. ESM does not use cyanide; for that the mining costs are higher.
