1. Feasibility study will be announced.

30 seconds later.

2. Private placment will be announced in the range of 150 to 300 million shares. 

3. Scott will go on some Youtube channel (only platform he can get) and cry about how this stock is so under valued, how he just tries to add share holder value and so forth and so on.
