AGM should be in May Hopefully the dissenting group who withheld 10% of votes last year will make themselves visible and we can vote this group out. Or at least threaten a control change and get some independent directors and get the poison pill lifted ....I'd take .50-.60 and move on from this value trap . I was more hopeful but just not sure how much someone would be willing to pay for this outfit. Too bad mgmt choose to reward themselves as the expense of the shareholders. And why buy insider shares when you can just award themselves shares at the expense of the shareholders ...someone needs to wake these people up
