MD&A Aug 25 highlights out tonightEVG High lights from MD&A--In late May, 2009,
the Company mobilized three drill rigs as part of its Phase 2 Rattlesnake Hills program. A fourth
was mobilized to site on July 18, 2009. It is currently in the midst of a 50-60 core hole program
encompassing as much as 25,000 meters to be drilled between May and November, 2009 in
order to evaluate the extent of mineralization. Drilling of two holes on the Carlin property
commenced June 7, 2009. At the time of writing, hole CAR-002, a vertical core hole, was at
4,600 ft depth and in visually altered sedimentary rocks with sulfides including realgar and
stibnite. Due to encouraging visual indications, more drilling is anticipated on the Carlin
property.
