Hi Chipshot,
I'm reasonably certain that what panhead was referring to was the Email that is sent to those who signed up for that 'service' at the EVG site. 

Fwiw, such emails are normally sent the same day as the PR is issued, but, in this instance, was sent the following day..... One might think that with two new PR firm's now in EVG's employ, that there would be some additional transparency..... Ha!
