Kid, you have it backwards.

Fwiw, the Carlin resource is the JV deal with Newmont and Humboldt is 100% EVG owned.... as is Jake's Creek (NV), which seems to have become a favorite of Plums (zumplums) at Yahoo's EVOGF board.

Additionally, the Boulder Valley (NV) resource is also subject to agreements with some Newmont subs.
