I could'nt agree more___ This shows total incompetance on their part... If there were troubles brewing with Medicare in the states they have had ample time to take corrective actions to mitigate  those troubles...

Because no doubt they have the BOD in their back pocket, they sense no urgency because they will not lose their jobs and the money keeps rolloing in for them... More activist investors are called for to turn this ship around...
