Reminds me of EXN (Excellon)

Reminds me of EXN (Excellon)This stock reminds me of Excellon - stuck in the doldrums despite a good story, and then suddenly .....
bam the stock takes off in two significant bursts.

The only thing that I see wrong with this stock is that it is lagging, but with Hochschild in the background this will eventually earn credability in becoming a dollar stock like Excellon or Minera Andes.
