looks like a bottomwaiting for news. So little money traded in this equity that it was easy for someone to take the price down this low but i think it has been decided that it shouldn't go any lower. it won't take much cash to take this baby higher but i think it is in someones interest to keep it low right now so that may be the hurdle to overcome. The companies IR guy assures me they are working like mad to develop partnerships so hopefully news will be coming soon.
