Tempest in a teapot or toilet?

Tempest in a teapot or toilet? When you flush a turd down the toilet, isn't the captain supposed to go down with the shi*?
If bigbeach2010 is right about these approved severance payments, then when the log rolls over these 2 flies will not be dead but they will fly away with whatever is left in cash before shareholders get taken under to the depths of the septic tank. I say taken under because if there will be any change in control, then the assets of the company would be sold out at the expense of the shareholders for an extremely deep 5 finger discount. Arghh! (Wrong, the assets will remain property of Exmin, and will not be stripped out for nothing.)

If management will no longer have any interest in maximizing shareholder value, and just want their severance package, then I don't believe they will care one hoot about how much is received in terms of fair value or there would not be such a provision in place to protect them. If they think that their equity is almost worthless, then the only valuable thing left would be the severance package cash, and to heck with trying to preserve shareholder value. (Wrong, their stock would probably become far more valuable if a change of control were to occur since they realize they are not capable of creating shareholder value themselves.)
It's everyone for themselves, women and children first!  No, I forgot that KB is on the liferaft disguised as a woman!
This also applies to Craig Gibson.
Why is the water starting to swirl around in a circular motion? Help, I thought this was a liferaft!
BamBam, Owning Exmin is like:
(F) Committing suicide. (and all of the above)

Hold on, wait just a minute. On second thought, if there will be a change in control, then it would mean that we would have brand new management and the company would probably get recapitalized. The combination of better management along with cash could create shareholder value and maximize the latent intrinsic potential of our precious metal exploration projects.
Ok, so don't flush yet since the liferaft still has hope of sighting land. We just need to get rid of the stowaways and 2 pesky flies. All is not lost for those adrift on the Exmin liferaft. (er I mean turd). Anyone got a flyswatter?
