RE: Nice presentation

RE: Nice presentation

Congrats to the longs who have held on through the crap as long as I have.

Something makes me ask why congrats?  Exm is up ~50% off its low of 1-2 pennies - woo hoo.  I would really like to see this deal save my butt..............or even better yet the 10's and 100's of thousands of dollars that share holders are down over the last couple of years.  GREAT JOB MANAGEMENT, I HOPE WE CAN DO BUSINESS AGAIN ON YOUR NEXT VENTURE.

The only good that can come to shareholders are those that bought in the last 6 monthes in the ~2 cent area, even that is a big risk, there may look like a premium to be had by buying exm, or it may be a sign of what it will actually be worth after the merge.

Any one the believes this company can get somewhere is dillusional and needs meds...........this includes management, oh yeah management likely gets the golden parachute on the merge as well as all the shares options and warrants.  Ok management will get ahead but shareholders are left holding the bag, or providing the finances required for Karls next venture.

Regards,
One Absolutely P-Oed current shareholder
