I am only going to comment on the first section outlining the benefits to EXMIN shareholders.
1. We as in EXMIN have already owned a producing company with a significant portfolio of exploration properties. Now we will own 6-7% of that company, show me the benefit.
2. Again we Exmin shareholders have already owned a producing company that had the ability to finance its exploration, look where we are now after the millions spent on Moris only to give it away for 1.5 M. Another big benefit for EXM shareholders.
3.We have already had a powerful synergy that provided everything that is offered here, EXM(shareholders) only to be bent over again.
4.The strong ability to finance, don't really want to comment on this there is a huge float already, last financing at 5.5c, full warrants yada yada yada. SHOW ME THE BENEFIT!!
Where will the current EXM management stand after this? Will they be part of the new entity?
I can not picture why they would stand behind this merger, this could be the only way they get thier golden parachute package. If they (management) do not do this merger EXM is likely toast (bankrupt) with management retaining nothing.
I can not support this merger, the miniscule amount I may make (but likely not) on the merger is peanuts to what the founders of EXM stand to gain or keep if this merger happens. Let the company fail with management going down with it!!! Oh yeah, the second section from the presentation should read :
"Why this transaction fits Dia Bras"
