RE: Great Deal for all!!

RE: Great Deal for all!!Hey Beach, I can't believe your post is just sitting here without someone ragging on you about being a 'basher'. As you know, I've been pretty ticked off with Exmin for the past while. Although I do like the deal with Dia Bras, its only because it keeps our shares from going to zero for the time being, how could anyone come on the board and say 'congrats to the longs'? Are they seriously congratulating me for losing 85% of the money I put into the company? Come on people.... We just merged with someone else that was only a little further away from the life support machine than we were. They also have almost 500 million shares fully diluted! Pulling that load of shares along to a buck would be tough. With the exchange of shares, we'd need the Dia Bras shares to get to a buck just to get back to an equivalent of 20 cents in exmin's current shares! That's a 5-bagger from here just to get us back to HALF of the price of the first few purchases I made. Sure, I averaged down a bit, but not much. I'd need Dia Bras to get to 1.15 for me to just break even. Others bought this stock in the 70 cent range! They'd need to see $3.50 roughly.
If you bought at these levels, congrats to you, you may make some money. However, if you are truly congratulating LONGS, we're a long ways from making money. It could happen, but it would have to be a great set of circumstances over a few years. If you think you're out of the woods, you're a fool.
The bottom line is, we're going to be attached to a company with a boat-load of shares outstanding. In addition, you have lots of individuals that will be looking for the exits after the switch-over .
The only thing that could cause a real spike in the price to the point where the longs will make a lot of money would be a wild move of the retail investor herd into the metal stocks. If this happens though, there's dozens of better companies you could have your money in that will rise a lot higher than this one.
As always, I still have shares and hope I'd dead wrong, but get a grip on reality. With 500 million shares out at 20 cents, would you really pay $1 per share for Dia bras right now if it only had 100 million shares out?
