The market does'nt seem to like the news.Why is this,is it the word positive.

I think its the dilution of shares and PP at .53

Morris Mine is no surprise (already discounted). Share dilution is never recieved positively by the market.

1/ market often sells on news, even good news, especially expected news. 2/ Moris mine deal was anticipated, so no major surprise. 3/ If it takes off right away, I expect a drop shortly thereafter, If it drops a bit right away, I expect a pop afterward 4/ Deal is quite simply brilliant. Exmin able to complete Moris mine deal with 0 dollars out of treasury, 0 shares out to the PP parasites ...more

Well written Kent. I have friends right now getting their bids filled when they were expecting to pay higher today when I explained the significance of the morris mine. Hopefully the sellers are going to stronger hands.

The market seems to be over reacting about the PP issuing shares to Hothschild at 53 cents. That deal was done before the big spike on market price late last week, so it was fair market price then. They cannot tear up the deal because the stock made a sudden move higher. The bottom line is that EXM had to pay for their share of the mine acquisition if they were going to accellerate the buyout ...more
