Someone's asleep at the wheel IMO. The exchange always gives ample notice before they take action, so what gives here? Interesting that a jv partner can crash a company simply by not providing financial details on time.

The stock can't go down while it's halted.  If only they could keep it halted until they actually accomplish something.
