Good move in all

They have put themselves in a great position, and further ahead of many of their peers in these tough times.
I think these were good moves overall, given the circumstances.
If you want to get more info, don't bother with email, just call the 1-866 number. I spoke with Karl Boltz directly. They are doing the right things. My guess is they will be focussing on plays like their 100% owned Reyna de Oro Project which has even more promise than Moris.
With the $1.5M from Moris and the future $1.5M in returns from the other land sales, plus the cash and royalties from the sale of Urique, I believe they have given themselves enough breathing room to create production of their own. Their idea of using the JV avenue has put them in a great position in this time of Gold prices near their all time high, and most opinions calling for Gold to be in the $1500 to $2000 range within a couple years. With a very low burn rate, and some cash in hand, the stock price is a steal.
Volume is picking up, and smart money is slowly accumulating very quietly.
I wouldn't be surprised to see us back in the teens on the SP within a month, and closer to .50 by the end of the summer. This is the time for small cap's, and gold and silver co's especially. This is the time that fortunes will be made. I have all I can handle, so I'm just looking to hold on for a fun ride.
Good Luck to all longs who have kept the faith. We're going up from here!

I often spoke on here not to expect much from the Morris joint venture ....i was even afraid that EXM would be saddled with a huge bill from Hothschild ...The cheer leaders would come on here calling me down ,and that it only cost the mine 250 dollars to produce an oz of gold and we would soon be in the money ..... .that is how big bullies in business operate .......the market also saw this ...more

I agree, this is a good move and I would do the same.Better to have cash than massive dillution and cash is indeed king these days. There will be lots of opportunities to take advantage of when others can't and what the hey, 2  or 3 cents is peanuts.Let's see what follows up.

No, they have not put themselves in a great position. When you have no options left then you have to make lousy deals just to stay alive. Do you have any idea how much EXM will have lost on the Moris mine?  ...more

There are a few of us that bought  10+%  of Moris if it is only valued at 1.5M,  I agree the mine has lost a way too much.  I wish there was a way to stick it to Hochschild.  We should atleast be seeing our investment back(EXM's into the mine)!  We are in a tight spot.........take it or tough luck.  As with most I am another unhappy camper.
