This acquisition opens many possibilities for the shareholders of both company.....

-EXN will double its production with this new mill....
-Reopen Miguel Auza mine now that the mill is operating/profitable....
-Exploration in this new area....
-Increase the reserves of EXN by including those of SEG...
-Immediate mill access, eliminating the delays caused by strike at Penole....

I'm sure there are others.......

Now we wait for news about financing and the approval of the shareholders of SEG........
